We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Process Engineer to join our growing team in Molėtai, Lithuania, to work on electronics manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and maintain high quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience with SMT, THT, or other electronics manufacturing and mechanical assembly processes
• Experience in process engineering
• Familiarity with SPC tools, MSA, and the ability to calculate process capacity
• Ability to read technical drawings, schemas, and component lists (BOM)
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes in a dynamic production environment
