Requirements
- 7–10 years of professional experience, with minimum 5 years in a business consulting role
- Bilingual (English/French) — fluency required
- Telecom industry experience — deep understanding of the sector
- Cross-functional leadership — proven ability to unite diverse teams and perspectives to deliver cohesive, high-impact outcomes
- Collaborative influence — experience partnering with VPs, Directors, and senior leaders; skilled at influencing without authority
- Comfort with ambiguity — you create clarity, structure, and momentum in fast-evolving environments
- Strong business and financial acumen — you understand the numbers and the strategy behind them
- Analytical proficiency — skilled in using data and dashboards to track performance and drive accountability
