Temasek, a global investment company based in Singapore, is seeking a Senior Associate/Assistant Vice President to lead their Investment Services data analytics enablement team. This role involves managing and overseeing end-to-end data operations, designing data quality checks, and leading efficiency and capacity-building initiatives. The team focuses on data solutions, insights, and expertise in market events, risk management, and new financial products.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computing or equivalent STEM with quantitative/mathematical background
- Min 5-7 years of experience in data governance, data management and data analytics in asset management, investment, and banking industry
- Experience in data visualization tools like Tableau or Qlik Sense, R/Python and SQL
- Strong domain expertise on investment product knowledge
- Experience with data warehouse, data models, data management tools and data extraction (such as SQL, Python) and data visualisation tools such as Tableau
- Experience with usage of Simcorp Dimension
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent analytical ability
- Well-organized
- Enthusiastic and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban
