Job Description
The BI Analyst II will utilize data and information to answer questions, address organizational issues, or identify solutions to opportunities in a quantifiable manner. They will work with customers to identify their needs, manipulate data using various reporting and analytical tools, and design and develop visualizations to communicate results effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Technical or related field (e.g. Math, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics) Required
- 3 years experience and knowledge using SQL in Oracle, MS SQL Server, DB2 or other relational database Required
- 3 years experience in data analysis and tools Required
- 3 years experience in database and information systems technology Required
- 3 years experience in developing with Tableau, Qlik, Crystal Reports, WebIntelligence, Cognos, MicroStrategy or other major end-user data access toolset Required
- 3 years experience with full development life-cycle projects Required
- Experience in data warehousing, data marts, data management or related field Preferred
- 3 years experience working in healthcare Preferred
