Job Description
Temple University's Lewis Katz School of Medicine is seeking a Sr. Regulatory Program Manager to manage and coordinate regulatory activities related to clinical research studies. The role involves supervision, training, and compliance with institutional and federal regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience with IRB submissions
- Prior research experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership, management, and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate all standard office equipment/software including MS office
- Ability to work independently or as a team with excellent attention to detail and adherence to project deadlines
