Job Description
Temporal is seeking a Senior Developer Success Engineer to be the frontline technical expert for their developer community. This role involves deploying and scaling Temporal in cloud-native environments, troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues, and optimizing performance. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of container orchestration, networking, and observability, and a passion for improving developer experience.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a developer
- Fluent in Python, Java, Golang, TypeScript
- Experience with deployment and managing large-scale architectures (Kubernetes or Docker)
- Experience with Prometheus and Grafana
- Minimum of one year of customer-facing experience
- Strong communication skills
