Laboratory Supervisor

Under the general supervision of the Laboratory Director, oversees operations and workflow within the department, develops procedural protocols, and acts as a clinical resource to the general staff.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and understanding of scientific principles
• Leadership, direction, and guidance
• Ability to perform various tests in the analysis of blood, body fluids, and tissues
• Ability to train new employees and students
• Knowledge of laboratory and hospital policies and procedures
