USPI Director of Clinical Operations - CA/AZ/NM/NV, RN required/up to 75% travel

The National Director of Clinical Operations is responsible for providing clinical and quality support to assigned facilities, including regulatory changes, culture of safety, survey preparation and follow-up, policy and procedure updates, and other clinical operations initiatives.

Requirements

• BSN degree
• Current RN license
• 3+ years of experience in clinical operations or a related field
• Leadership experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel up to 75%
