Job Description
The USPI Manager, Operations Excellence is responsible for ensuring center operations meet USPI's gold standard processes, practices, and customer service levels. This role will conduct comprehensive reviews, provide training and education to facility staff, and provide recommendations to leadership on performance improvement initiatives.
