Machine Operators are responsible for performing one or more processes to support the manufacturing of fluid mounts, torque rods, or components. This includes operating machinery in a safe and efficient manner, while ensuring product quality and meeting production goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, safety rules, and operating manuals in English
- Ability to write and understand simple correspondence in English
- Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to recognize operating errors and take appropriate action
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
- Proficient in the use of basic hand tools
- Ability to maintain accurate production records
- Perform 5s
- Availability to work any assigned shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd)
- Willingness to work overtime as required
- Dependability, punctuality, and consistent attendance
- Demonstrated work ethic and reliability
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Good attitude
