Job Description
This Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist role focuses on driving continuous improvement within a production area, aiming to increase profit and productivity. The position involves applying Lean and Continuous Improvement processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing initiatives in accordance with a production system. The ideal candidate will be a driving force for improvement and change, questioning conventional thinking and promoting Lean management tools.
Requirements
- Successfully completed a university degree
- Long and continuous experience in a production environment (preferably including training and project management)
- Sound knowledge in Lean, Six Sigma
- High customer and shopfloor orientation
- High teamwork ability
- Willingness to learn new things
- Ability to inspire and motivate others
- Very good English skills
