Tool and Die Maker

At Tenneco, we're a team of relentless problem-solvers who are committed to making a tangible impact. We're seeking a skilled Tool and Die Maker to build, repair, and maintain tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures used in our manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3–5 years of experience in tool and die making within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling design, materials, and heat treatment
• Proficient in the use of manual and CNC machine tools
• Ability to interpret complex blueprints and engineering drawings
• Skilled in the use of precision measuring instruments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work shift, weekends, and overtime as needed
