We're looking for a Product Manager to help build a prior auth manager for providers across the country, handling submission, status tracking, and appeal flows across medical and pharmacy benefit routes. The product's success is foundational to reducing patient delays and denials.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in technical platforms, developer tools, or B2B SaaS
- Proven ability to take ambiguous product ideas from concept to launch and from prototype to revenue
- Operational depth: experience designing or tech-enabling multi-step supply chains - especially in document processing, RPA, or integration-heavy systems
- Strong systems thinking: able to break down complex processes, identify bottlenecks, and define requirements for design simple, scalable solutions
- Integration fluency with APIs, schema mapping, and data standards (e.g., X12, FHIR, NCPDP, HL7); comfort navigating external vendors and SLAs
