Job Description
Tenstorrent is seeking an experienced Senior Power Analysis Engineer to drive power-efficient SoC designs across their family of CPU and AI products. The role involves full-lifecycle power optimization, utilizing AI/ML techniques and industry-leading performance per watt. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement based out of Santa Clara, CA, Austin, TX, or Fort Collins, CO.
Requirements
- MS/PhD in EE/CE with 5-7+ years of SoC power analysis and optimization experience.
- Proven expertise with PowerArtist and PrimePower for accurate power analysis and correlation.
- Strong background in power modeling, budgeting, and PPA tradeoff analysis at RTL and system levels.
- Proficiency in Python/scripting and experience applying data analysis frameworks to power optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to drive power efficiency for cutting-edge AI accelerators and high-performance CPUs.
