We are looking for a Facility Manager to join our team in Berlin. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on mentality, organizational skills, and a well-developed service understanding. Our company is an expanding laboratory that conducts various examinations of food, drinking water, and tobacco products.

Requirements

• Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and repair of all building technical systems
• Coordinate external service providers and craftsmen
• Plan and monitor renovation, maintenance, and modernization projects
• Support during official inspections and audits
• Manage maintenance plans, test protocols, and technical documentation
