Job Description
bilacon GmbH, part of the Tentamus Group GmbH, is an international accredited trading laboratory specializing in microbiological, chemical-physical, and reverse analytical studies of food, beverages, and tobacco products. The role involves customer consultation, legal evaluation, report preparation, and continuous improvement. They offer a supportive work environment with a focus on employee development.
Requirements
- Successfully completed study in food chemistry, food technology or comparable
- Knowledge of legal assessment of food products is desired
- Initial experience in customer service is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills, a pleasant demeanor and communication skills
- Independent, proactive and responsible working behavior
- Safe handling of MS-Office
- Fluent German (at least C1-N level) as well as good written and oral English skills
