Job Description
Terabase Energy is seeking a Category Manager for its Robotics Division. The successful candidate will own global sourcing and supplier management for robotics, automation, motion, and control systems. The role requires a strong background in robotics or industrial automation, with experience in sourcing or supply management. The candidate should have a bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 10 years of experience in sourcing or supply management, including at least 5 years in robotics or industrial automation
- Experience managing supplier agreements and statements of work with robotics and automation vendors
- Strong analytical skills with understanding of total cost, cost modeling, and global pricing factors
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings, with working knowledge of automation systems such as Rockwell or Siemens controls and robot brands like FANUC, ABB, KUKA, or Yaskawa
