DevOps - Software Platform & Applications Team

Terabase Energy is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join the Software Platform & Applications team, focusing on the development of their flagship product, Construct. The team operates in a high-growth environment, blending experienced veterans with innovative newcomers. Construct is a B2B SaaS construction management platform designed to improve efficiency and reduce the cost of solar projects. They aim to accelerate the decarbonization of the global economy using digital and automation technologies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering or similar roles
• BS in Computer Science
• Design/development/testing experience delivering complex software/digital product solutions into commercial/industrial projects
• Proficiency in cloud-hosted software environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) - predominantly AWS
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, Ruby
• Proficiency in Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) concepts and techniques
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure automation tools
• Solid understanding of networking, security principles, and Linux/Unix systems administration
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar platforms
• FinOps experience
• Ability to work remotely
• Solid understanding of agile workflow management process and software product lifecycle
• Good understanding of 'gitflow' source code management development techniques and process
