Senior Signal Delivery Engineer (Compute Test Division; North Reading, MA)

Teradyne is seeking a Senior Signal Delivery Engineer to join the Teradyne Innovation Lab, a team within the Semiconductor Test Division at Teradyne. This role focuses on developing next-generation solutions for advanced semiconductor interfaces, specifically addressing high-speed data interfaces like PCIe and UCIe. The engineer will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and validating signal delivery systems, ensuring robust performance and compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 7+ years of experience in signal integrity or high-speed hardware design
• Strong working knowledge of interconnect standards
• Experience with microbump technology and fine pitch probing
• Proficiency in simulation tools like Ansys HFSS, SIwave, ADS, or equivalent
• Experience with PCB layout tools and design for signal integrity
• Familiarity with lab equipment for signal validation (oscilloscopes, TDR, VNA)
