Job Description
We are seeking an Lead Tech Manager to grow and expand our São Paulo engineering team. In this role, you will combat climate change by building and enhancing Terradot’s software platform for Enhanced Rock Weathering (ERW).
Requirements
- An undergraduate degree in CS or a related field
- Engineering with 2+ years of engineering management or lead experience
- English skills, both written and verbal.
- Hands-on experience in building delightful web products, full-stack from frontend, APIs, to Postgres backend.
- Experience directly interacting with customers and using technology to solve real-world operational problems.
- Experience in recruiting, organizing, and motivating teams; helping people grow in their careers; and managing people.
- Full-stack engineering expertise in React, React Native, Python, SQL. GCP is highly desirable, though another large cloud environment (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a good substitute.
