Data Entry Specialist

The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering, maintaining, and validating lead and customer data within our systems. This role also involves conducting targeted online research to expand prospect lists and ensure high-quality, reliable data that supports sales, marketing, and business intelligence initiatives.

Requirements

• Perform high-volume, high-accuracy data entry tasks
• Research companies and contacts using online sources and databases
• Validate and enrich lead data with missing or updated information
• Identify and flag data inconsistencies or duplicates
• Generate basic reports or summaries when required
• Adhere to internal SLAs and quality benchmarks
