Mechanical Inspector

They seek a Mechanical Inspector to support LAWA’s Quality Assurance & Construction Inspection Division across multiple projects within the Capital Improvement Program.

Requirements

• Inspects construction projects to ensure conformance to plans and specifications.
• Conducts comprehensive inspections of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Provides construction inspection support, reviewing documents, and identifying issues.
• Tracks and documents time-and-material work, field changes, and job quantities.
• Performs inspections of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) installations including domestic water and sewage systems, HVAC systems, and fire safety systems.
• Supports special inspections and testing activities.
• Perform inspections of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) installations
• Inspect IT infrastructure installations.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic equipment for contract documents.
