Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven SAP S/4HANA Reporting & Analytics Implementation Manager to lead the strategic design and execution of reporting capabilities as part of our global SAP S/4HANA business transformation program.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise data, reporting, or analytics roles, with at least 2–3 years in a program management capacity
- Minimum 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation project with a focus on analytics
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, CDS Views, Fiori, and SAC
- Proven experience managing large, cross-functional teams and working with SI partners
- Expertise in Agile, Hybrid, or SAP Activate methodologies
- Familiarity with Databricks for data engineering and analytics (considered a strong plus)
