Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in B2B sales, commodity trading, or agribusiness
- Strong network and industry connections in the agri-commodity, processing, and export sector
- Expertise in strategic sales planning, market research, and revenue management
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills to handle high-value deals
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a sales team
- Willingness to travel extensively for business development and client meetings
- Languages: Kannada and Tamil proficiency would be a plus
