Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CSM, Account Manager, or KAM roles
- Experience in a high-growth environment/scale-up
- Strong autonomy and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Commercial temperament
- Knowledge of the healthcare world
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Mastery of a CRM tool (ideally HubSpot)
- Leadership and excellent written and oral communication skills
