Job Description
Lead the end-to-end design process for digital and print deliverables, including websites, apps, marketing campaigns, branding materials, and packaging. Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensure visual consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5–10 years of professional experience in a design role, with a proven track record of leading high-impact design projects
- Expertise in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including branding, digital interfaces, and marketing collateral
- Deep understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with the ability to work across departments
- Proven ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality work under pressure
