Job Description
Industrial Catering Manager responsible for creating a world-class dining experience, overseeing all aspects of Catering operations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Must have ample experience managing people and processes within the Quick Service/Fast Food space and be familiar with Nigerian terrain.
Requirements
- Must currently reside in Nigeria
- Have worked with Nigerian Hospitality companies previously
- Have a good understanding of P & L Reports, GP Analysis, Cost of Sales, etc.
- Be able to demonstrate managing successful team
- Have leadership and strategic skills
- Have managed budgets and strong financial books
- Be certified in ACCA, ICAN or related Accounting
- Have at least 15 years of active professional function and practice from other reputable companies
