Job Description
Testronic is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join their global recruitment team, responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for games clients. The Recruiter will work with a full lifecycle recruitment process, build strong candidate relationships, and ensure quality in testing. This role involves proactive recruitment strategies, excellent communication, and a focus on talent development.
Requirements
- Proven 2-3 years of experience as a Recruiter
- Experience with the full recruitment lifecycle (offer, rejection, onboarding)
- Strong candidate assessment skills
- English fluency (C1+ level)
- Proficiency with company-wide recruitment database system
- Excellent reporting and metrics awareness
