Event Assistant (100% remote)

Tether is looking for a highly organized and proactive Event Assistant to help bring large-scale international events to life. The role involves supporting the planning and delivery of high-profile, international events that leave a lasting impression. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, be able to travel when required, and have a solid grasp of budgeting, invoicing, and expense management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in executive assistance, corporate event support, or finance-related roles
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, especially under pressure
• A solid grasp of budgeting, invoicing, and expense management
• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
