Product Engineer (100% Remote)

Join Tether and shape the future of digital finance by pioneering a global financial revolution. As a Product Engineer, you'll own the vision and execution of local AI products, from roadmap to release, and lead a pod of engineers across the stack.

Requirements

• Strong software development skills (preferably in Javascript/Typescript and/or C++)
• Extensive experience with React Native / Expo and cross platform development
• Good understanding of how LLMs, transformer architecture and other AI building blocks work
• Built or been a key technical contributor in one or more small to medium sized products (think 10k+ active users)
• Experience managing a small, specialized, cross functional team (pod) of 3-5 people
• Passion for building good products that improve people's lives
• Knowledge of AI tools such as Cursor or Claude Code to write good code and iterate quickly
