Requirements

• Conduct screening and assessment of new investment opportunities
• Participate in due diligence for new investments
• Develop investment memos and strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with senior leadership to assess and enhance growth potential
• Partner with strategic leaders to set realistic KPIs and engage in ongoing performance dialogue
• Map out competitive and adjacent industry landscapes
• Lead planning and forecasting processes to support company growth
• Support innovation efforts aimed at expanding revenue streams and improving profitability
• Contribute to inorganic growth initiatives by identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisition and partnership opportunities
• Ensure cross-portfolio collaboration
• Identify and coordinate human capital needs to support growth initiatives
• Drive a continuous improvement culture and operational excellence across the organization
