Social Media Manager (100% remote)

Tether is seeking a Social Media Manager to plan, coordinate, and implement social media campaigns and community growth strategies for Tether tech products and events. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in fintech or tech sectors.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in social media management, ideally in fintech or tech sectors
• Fluent in English (writing and speaking); Spanish is a bonus
• Proven ability to grow and engage online communities across multiple social platforms
• Skills in content creation — copywriting, basic graphics or multimedia (images, GIFs, short video)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and cross-team coordination
• Autonomous, self-starter attitude; able to work remotely and collaborate across time zones
• Basic understanding of Bitcoin / stablecoins / blockchain products is preferred
• Familiarity or willingness to use AI tools to generate creative social media concepts
