We are seeking a Scientific Business Analyst with 15+ years of industry experience in life sciences to join our team. As a high-impact, face-to-face collaborative environment, you will work with customers to develop innovative scientific AI/ML use cases and deliver requirements for complex solutions.

Requirements

• PhD with 15+ years of industry experience in life sciences
• Deep domain expertise in discovery, preclinical, CMC, and/or Quality
• Extensive hands-on experience in high throughput screening, preclinical toxicology, materials engineering, analytical development, drug substance synthesis and manufacturing
• Delivered requirements for AI/ML-driven solutions
• Strong coding or scripting background
• Exceptional communication and storytelling ability
• Prior experience in customer-facing, consulting, or commercial-scientific interface roles
