They are seeking a Product-minded Scientist Data Architect to design, implement, and scale data-driven solutions, bridging the gap between scientific pain points and actionable outcomes. The role involves deep collaboration with scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, emphasizing ownership and adaptability.
Requirements
- PhD with 7+ years / Masters with 10+ years of industry experience in life sciences
- Proven track record of defining, designing, prototyping, and implementing productized AI/ML-driven use cases in cloud environments
- Extensive exploratory data analysis and workflow optimization
- Deep understanding of drug discovery, preclinical development, CMC, or product quality testing
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
- Demonstrated history of building extensible data models and applications for Biopharma end users
