Job Description
TetraScience is seeking a Team Lead for Scientific Data Workflow Automation, focusing on automating lab workflows. The role involves leading engineering teams, managing projects, and delivering high-quality client projects within a geographically dispersed team. The company specializes in AI-native scientific data management and is a leader in the sector.
Requirements
- 8+ Years of experience in Python with a focus on data
- 3+ Years of experience in Life Sciences or with scientific data
- 3+ Years of experience managing multiple simultaneous projects
- Experience leading and coordinating teams of engineers
- Experience estimating complex software projects
- Expertise in SQL, RDS, and associated technologies
- Excellent communication skills, including technical writing
- Experience with data plotting / dashboarding tools like Streamlit, Tableau, Jupyter Notebook
