Project Manager (m/f/d)

Teupe Group, a leading group of companies in scaffolding, lifting technology, mechanical engineering, and steel construction, seeks a Project Manager (m/f/d) to join their team at the Heilbronn site. The role involves managing major projects throughout Germany, from quotation preparation to resource optimization, within a friendly and supportive environment.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering (FH), preferably specializing in civil engineering, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
• Training as a construction technician with relevant professional experience in scaffolding or in the construction industry
• Completed training as a master craftsman (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d) in a technical profession or certified scaffolding crew leader (m/f/d)
• Knowledge of contract law and VOB
• Distinct entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as high commitment
• Social competence, team spirit and the ability to lead employees
• Independent, conscientious and reliable way of working
• IT skills and experience in using MS Office
