Clinical Assistant Professor of Nursing

Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) is seeking a Clinical Assistant Professor of Nursing to teach specialty didactic and clinical courses in PMHNP, supervise and assess student clinical competencies, and evaluate students' progress. The university is a Hispanic Serving Institution with a focus on student success and research excellence.

Requirements

• Earned doctorate in nursing from an accredited university
• PMHNP master's degree or post-graduate certificate in PMHNP from an accredited program
• Board certification as a PMHNP
• Current unrestricted/unencumbered license to practice registered nursing within the State of Texas
• Two or more years' experience treating patients as a PMHNP
• One or more years of teaching experience in higher education (strongly encouraged)
