Job Description
The Director of Athletics is responsible for the daily operation and oversight of the University's 11-team intercollegiate athletic program, as well as management of all aspects of the Athletics Department.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a related field
- Ten or more years' experience in athletics, intercollegiate, and/or NCAA athletics administration; fundraising; and collegiate coaching
- Superior and written communications skills
- Strong organizational, fiscal, management, and leadership skills
- Ability to fundraise
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively and professionally with the University community, community at large, and media
