Job Description
Provides customer support, laboratory data assembly, and development of customer statements under general supervision. Requires a blend of office and laboratory work with extensive training and attention to documented service laboratory's standard operating procedures and agency policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three years of related experience
- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and detail-oriented
- Ability to type accurately and use Word, and Excel documents
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others
