We are looking for a team-oriented, experienced Veterinary Technician to help veterinary students perfect their technical skills in the first three years of our veterinary curriculum. This person would work in a team of technicians under the supervision of dedicated veterinarians to train students in all of the technical skills necessary to become a successful veterinarian.
Requirements
- Associate degree in veterinary technology, biomedical science, animal science, a related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-4 years of technical experience in veterinary medicine
- Experience involving student instruction and/or mentorship
- Certification as a Licensed Veterinary Technician
- Certification as a Veterinary Technician Specialist (VTS) in Anesthesia, Internal Medicine, or Emergency / Critical Care
