Director of Talent Acquisition/Workforce Management responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing a modern, data-driven talent acquisition strategy for the Texas Children's system.

Requirements

• 8 years in HR, with 3–5 years in leadership
• Experience in healthcare or large, complex organizations (preferred)
• Proven success leading high-performing teams and large-scale hiring operations
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tech, sourcing, HR practices, employment law, and analytics
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
