Job Description
Texas Children’s Hospital is seeking an Inpatient Education Coordinator to provide education and administrative support to unit operations. The role involves designing and implementing unit-based orientation programs, coordinating training for staff, assessing patient needs, and contributing to quality outcomes. The coordinator will work collaboratively with a team and contribute to a positive and effective clinical environment.
Requirements
- Ensure the design, implementation, and evaluation of cost-effective unit-based orientation processes.
- Coordinate/Conduct training to close performance gaps.
- Assesses and monitors patient/family needs and develops individualized care plans.
- Participates in quality programs and contributes to team initiatives.
