Job Description
Texas Children’s Pediatrics is seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor to develop, plan and deliver evidence-based assessment and therapy services to youth and families. The role involves assessing patient response to treatment and coordinating care with other providers and community resources. This position emphasizes providing culturally appropriate and developmentally appropriate services.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in a related field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field).
- Bilingual in Spanish/English (Preferred)
- Experience with psychotherapy with children and families required (2+ years).
- Experience in health care or a field work practicum in healthcare preferred
- Licence in Texas as listed.
