Maintenance Technician III

We’re searching for a Maintenance Technician who works well in a fast-paced setting. The role involves performing demand and scheduled preventive maintenance of the facility equipment to cover all trades.

Requirements

• Required H.S. Diploma or equivalent
• Required 3 years' experience as a general maintenance service-related Technician. Preferred Hospital experience.
• Demonstrate technical knowledge depth on multiple pieces of equipment and associated systems
• Demonstrate basic electrical knowledge and meter usage
• Demonstrate Fire Safety knowledge such as fire extinguisher designations and usage
• Ensure effective communication and maintain good rapport and cooperative working relationship with internal and external customers
• Demonstrate ability to create and process purchase orders
