Manager of Behavioral Health and Community Services

We’re searching for a Manager of Behavioral Health & Community Services Programs who works well in a fast-paced setting and provides operational leadership, strategic development, and financial oversight of behavioral and social services programs in the Austin and Houston areas within our Pediatrics unit.

Requirements

• Supervision and coaching of behavioral health clinicians and social workers
• Recruitment and selection of behavioral health clinicians and social workers
• Development of annual performance goals and metrics
• Implementation and monitoring of social services initiatives
• Contribution to annual budget development
• Administrative tasks, including corrective action and compliance with policies and procedures
