Requirements
- Supervises, coaches, counsels, and evaluates clinical staff
- Gathers information, assesses, and provides direct care to patients
- Maintains appropriate inventory control of medical supplies and medications
- Assures compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provides general patient care
- Assists with the collection of patient/family data
- Administers medication
- Supports patients/families in self-management of their health through assisting with education
- Demonstrates Creating SMILES and AIDET philosophies to patients, families, and co-workers
- Collects Specimens and Performs Laboratory Test
- Triage patients
- Coordinates referrals
