Key Account Coordinator - Texas First Rentals

Develops, maintains, and interacts with new prospects and existing customers to maintain and increase the company’s customer base and to achieve rental, sales, and service revenue goals.

Requirements

• Assists walk-in customers and callers with counter sales & technical support
• Demonstrates products to customers
• Distributes promotional literature to customers and assists with sales and marketing initiatives to increase market share
• Formulates bids on new and existing jobs and projects
• Identifies and acquires new service contract opportunities
• Receives customer orders and serves as the customer contact point
• Generates a referral network to assist in increasing the client base
• Aids in implementing, sustaining, and developing quality improvement processes that focus on safety, financials, operations, and customer service
• Maintains records of sales or other business transactions
• Prepare sales or other contracts
• Performs other duties as assigned
