Job Description
Texas Health Action (THA) is seeking a Bilingual Patient Support Center Representative to answer phones for multiple clinic locations and handle day-to-day administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Conduct incoming and outgoing calls to respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule and reschedule patient appointments
- Accurately register patients in electronic health record
- Maintain patient records with minimal errors
- Conduct patient interactions in a patient-centered manner
- Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality
- Meet or exceed organization-defined metrics regarding call/patient interactions
