Job Description
This is a summer Internship program for graduates from Oct, 2025 to Nov. 2026. The Human Resources Intern will work on important projects across various business and functional areas, including business HR generalist, compensation, ethics and employee relations, recruiting, and talent development. Texas Instruments will not sponsor job applicants for visas or work authorization for this position.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
