Requirements
- Driving alignment within business units to meet quality requirements for products, processes and services
- Acting as the primary quality representative for new process development and product end-of-life
- Acting as the focal point for customer returns and customer communication for quality related issues
- Leading a multi-discipline team to solve customer issues
- Driving successful new product ramps to achieve quality and reliability goals
- Identifying systematic issues and driving continuous improvement across business units
- Balancing business unit customer satisfaction indices and customer quality indices
